No one has to tell us how competitive the industrial world is today.  We all live it 24 - 7!  The key question becomes: What do we do about the ever increasing competitive environment?   One thing is for sure - In order to remain competitive, business needs to be constantly improving otherwise we may be taking a step backward! Business isn't for the faint of heart - it is hard but rewarding work!
